Tate Student Center Expansion

Description
The Tate Student Center Expansion includes the construction of a two level, 500 car parking deck above which a three story student center is constructed. The Tate Center Expansion, located above the eastern end of the parking deck, is physically connect to the existing Tate Student Center. This expansion fulfills the growing needs of the UGA student body by providing additional food service options, a variety of lounge and meeting spaces, as well as an 11,000 square foot multipurpose room able to be subdivided into smaller rooms when needed.
The Tate Center Expansion is a LEED Gold certified building.
