Description
UGAREF College Park, LLC purchased College Park Apartments to accommodate the growth of UGA's student body and to ease the transition of students transferring from other colleges.
UGAREF College Park, LLC sold the property to a third party in September 2006. UGAREF utilized the net proceeds of the sale to reduce debt, establish a pool of funds for strategic property acquisitions, and fund improvements to the John D. Kehoe Cortona Center.
