Description
The Oconee Campus of the University of North Georgia offers students associate degrees, as well as serving as a local steppingstone for students who desire to transfer to a four-year college after completing their core courses. University of North Georgia was created in 2013 through the consolidation of North Georgia College and State University and Gainesville State College.
In 2003, UGAREF Gainesville Campus, LLC assisted with the site selection process and acquired this property for the use of Gainesville State College.
In 2008 UGAREF Gainesville Campus, LLC sold the property to an affiliated foundation of Gainesville State College.
